Freckleton is only a few miles from our bakery on Station Road in Kirkham. Whether it is a first birthday, a party for the whole class or a Saturday treat, we make cakes to order and bake fresh for the counter every morning we are open.

Children rarely ask for something simple, and that is half the fun. Tell us the theme, the colours and the name to go on top, and Emma will design a buttercream cake around it.
Not sure what size to go for? As a rough guide, a 6 inch tall cake serves 12 to 24 and an 8 inch tall cake serves 30 to 40, which is usually enough for a class party with some left for the grown ups. Our price guide has every size and its starting price, and your quote confirms the final figure before anything is booked.
We only work in buttercream. We do not use fondant, so what you see is soft, piped and properly nice to eat, not just to look at.
Easier to share at a party.
Cupcakes come in boxes of 6 or 12, one flavour per box, so two flavours is simply two boxes. They are a good choice for a party where little hands want their own.

Collection is at the time agreed in your booking. We will show you how to carry it so it gets back to Freckleton in one piece.

Collecting on a Saturday? We are open 9:30am to 2:30pm, so there is time for a hot chocolate and a traybake for the kids and a coffee for you.

How far ahead should I order a birthday cake?
Two weeks is ideal. For anything sooner, pick your date in the calendar and choose Request this date anyway, and we will tell you whether we can fit it in.
Do you deliver to Freckleton?
Collection from the bakery in Kirkham is our main option. You can request delivery on the form, and we confirm whether we can deliver and what it costs in your quote.
Can I collect on a Saturday?
Yes, cake collections can be on any day we are open, Wednesday to Saturday, at the time agreed in your booking confirmation.
My child has an allergy. Can you help?
Tell us on the enquiry form and we will talk it through before you book. Everything is made in one shared kitchen that handles all the main allergens, so we cannot guarantee any cake is free from traces.
How does paying work?
A 50% deposit confirms your date, and the balance is due seven days before collection. Bookings made less than 14 days ahead are paid in full when booking.
