Welcome to Just In Cakes Co. You’ll find us on Station Road in Kirkham, with coffee brewing and fresh bakes on the counter. Our homemade sourdough loaves are available every Friday and Saturday and we make celebration cakes to order for every occasion.

Birthdays, weddings, christenings and work dos. Tell us the date, how many you are feeding and what you are picturing, and we will come back with a quote. We only offer buttercream cakes, we do not currently work with fondant.

We bake our slow-fermented sourdough every Friday and Saturday, with classic and seeded loaves to take home and enjoy. Pre-order by midnight on Tuesday and we’ll save one for you, ready to collect from 10am on your chosen day. Classic from £5.95 · Seeded from £6.25

We’re proud to serve coffee from Atkinsons, our local roasters in Lancaster. Whether it’s your morning flat white or an iced latte with your favourite syrup, pop in and we’ll make it just how you like it. We also sell Atkinsons beans in the bakery, so you can enjoy your favourite coffee at home.

We’re Emma and Taylor, the couple behind Just In Cakes Co. What started with cakes baked at home for friends has grown into our bakery on Station Road in Kirkham. Whether you’re a familiar face or popping in for the first time, we’d love to welcome you!
